If your website caters to a very young segment of the population then flash will probably be embraced. Many people do not like flash, and in most cases it is not helping your website. 

Audio if handled well can certainly be a benefit on your website. I have noticed that most active marketers agree that audio should be in the control of the visitor whether they are a baby boomer or not. Set up audio so that the visitor has the option of listening, and time to set up their speakers.

Baby Boomers will be retiring for the next eighteen years. Retirement is a time to have fun and enjoy, and when baby boomers retire they finally have time to pursue all the activities they have wanted to be a part of for years. Baby boomers will be buying fishing gear, golf equipment, travel and cruises, entertainment tickets, items for their homes, jewelry and much more online.
